When can you check in?
We can provide your room from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
When do you have to leave the room?
On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the room by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement with the Reception, depending on the current occupancy, for an additional fee.
After 11:00 AM on the day of departure, you can use the wellness area at a discounted price of 10,000 HUF/adult.
Can I bring children?
Our hotel is an adult-friendly hotel and only accepts guests over 14 years of age.
Why do I see a price now that I saw a few days ago?
Our hotel works with dynamic pricing, meaning prices that change constantly. Demand, proximity to the date and time, and our available capacity affect our prices, so it is possible that our guests may see a different price one minute than the next.
What is the difference between a room rate and a discounted package rate?
Our Shiraz room rate is a mandatory daily room rate for one night, while our discounted package offers are more favorable in terms of price. Both prices have the same package content.
Is Saturday arrival possible?
Saturday arrival or departure is not possible at our hotel, as weekends are sold as a unit. During the weekend period, we can only make room reservations between Friday and Sunday. Saturday arrival is not possible.
What is included in the room or package price?
Our room rate and package price includes the following:

Is there a gym?
Timbuktu Fitness offers Technogym premium machines, treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, hand weights, TRX and fitness balls for those who want to exercise.
Is there a room with a double bed?
We have rooms with double beds for all our room types. If you require this, please let us know when booking and we will provide it depending on availability.
The bedroom of our Romantic Suites has a double bed, while one bedroom of our Grand Suites has a double bed and the other room has a double bed.
If you have previously booked a double room but would still like a double bed, please inform our Reception on site of your request and our hotel will provide you with a mattress topper, which will provide the comfort of a double bed.
Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
Our hotel is a non-smoking area. If you smoke, please light up in the designated smoking areas.
When is breakfast and dinner?
The rich buffet breakfast is served between 7:00 and 11:00, the full board lunch is served between 12:00 and 17:00, while the buffet or a’la carte dinner is served between 18:00 and 21:30.
Within the framework of the half board, breakfast and dinner are served in buffet form, but the main meals are served in two groups. Upon arrival, you can choose the meal times: breakfast between 7:00 – 9:00 and dinner between 18:00 – 19:30 or breakfast between 9:30 – 11:00 and dinner between 20:00 – 21:30.
We offer a rich buffet breakfast or, upon request, an a’la carte breakfast for a fee.
For our guests traveling early, we provide a breakfast package instead of breakfast, which you should inform the Reception the day before.
Is it possible to eat a’la carte?
The Shiraz and Dubai Kert restaurants are open every day between 12:00 and 22:00 with Hungarian and international cuisine specialties. Last order is 30 minutes before closing.
I have a food sensitivity, what should I do?
Please inform us of your food sensitivity when booking.
We have designed our buffet breakfast and dinner offerings in such a way that the buffet breakfast always includes gluten-free baked goods and 4 types of lactose-free milk, while the buffet dinner includes at least one appetizer, soup, main course and dessert for our gluten- and lactose-intolerant or vegetarian guests.

Can pets be brought in?
We cannot accommodate four-legged friends (dog, cat and small pets) in our hotel. We hope that you will be able to arrange accommodation for your pet for this short time and that you will get to know our hotel.
Can external guests come to the wellness center for a bath?
Our wellness center is available to external guests depending on our availability, which must be agreed with our hotel the day before arrival. The entrance fee is 20,000 HUF/person/occasion, with which you can use our services from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
What is the temperature of the pools?
- Water temperature of the Arab courtyard saltwater pool: 26-27 Cᵒ
- Water temperature of the Mali Beach adventure pool: 32-33 Cᵒ
- Water temperature of the Arab bathhouse Mór massage pool: 37 Cᵒ
- Water temperature of the Arab bathhouse U-shaped adventure pool: 34 Cᵒ
Can the wellness section be used on the day of arrival and departure?
Our guests can use our wellness section free of charge from 12:00 on the day of arrival, while they can also use it free of charge until 12:00 on the day of departure.
We can provide wellness use before 12:00 on the day of arrival or after 12:00 on the day of departure for a wellness extension fee, which is 50% of the valid wellness entrance fee.
When and how long is the wellness area open?
Our Spa and Wellness area is open every day from 8:00 to 20:00.
Is there thermal water in the hotel?
There is no thermal water in our hotel.
What is a hammam?
A hammam, also known as a Turkish bath, is a traditional bathing ritual with a soothing massage and aromas. The hammam is traditionally used not only for cleansing and relaxing the body, but also as a meeting place where you can socialize in a relaxed atmosphere. The central element of the hammam ritual is water. Water and wellness are inseparable, both are a source of pleasure that takes you away from the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What is the steam room program?
A traditional purification ritual closely related to the Islamic religion. During the program, guests soften their skin with black soap, then exfoliate the dead skin layer, after which they care for and nourish it with a fine foam made of white olive soap.

Our Menta Bar is open every day between 10:00 and 19:00.
Is there an electric car charger?
You can conveniently charge your electric car at the Mesés Shiraz Hotel while you enjoy the services provided by our hotel.
Two Type2 connectors have been installed, which can deliver 2×22 kW of power through the built-in connector, which is suitable for charging two cars at the same time.
Charging can be started with the ALTE-GO mobile application or from the ALTE_GO website by entering the five-digit number on the charger.

What kind of parking is available?
For your safety, our hotel has a parking lot in the fenced, barrier-free hotel area, monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day, which is available free of charge.
