We would like to inform you that according to the current government decree on the use of digital document scanners, the condition of the check-in and the room reservation is that the persons using the accommodation service hand over their photo ID cards, confirming their personal data, at the reception desk upon arrival, and the Hotel records them with a digital document scanner.
All guests must present their photo ID card and their address card upon arrival for identification purposes.
According to the current legislation, if the guest does not hand over the document for his or her personal identification for document scanning, the accommodation provider will refuse to provide the accommodation service. The accommodation provider is obliged to transmit data to the VIZA system since 1st September, 2021.
In the event that the accommodation service provider refuses to provide the service due to legal requirements, the Hotel demands the payment of the penalty, cancellation or modification fee indicated in the confirmation.
